We first met Kevin Jones 4 years ago when we enquired about a new bathroom and a reform of the outdoor area of our villa.

We had no testimonials but were both very impressed by his vision and quiet approach. We did not want to employ anyone who took over.

We were very pleased with the bathroom. The outside work however developed into a major project- more than any of us could have imagined. New pool and total rebuild of all outside areas. Throughout it all he remained calm, listened, allowed things to evolve and remained patient.

His workmen were totally professional- extremely helpful and committed but never taking advantage or overstepping the mark. They took so much pride in their work.

The quality of the work is excellent. Kevin doesn't cut corners. His attention to detail means that work can sometimes seem slow but better that than the alternative.

As with all large projects sometimes things went wrong and there were frustrations. Again he remained calm and all was eventually resolved. He always made time to stand back with us and look, to re-evaluate where we were up to and decide how best to move forward.

Since the job was finished, a year ago, he has still been there for us to sort out any teething problems. Many companies wouldn't want to know once the job was completed.

We are absolutely thrilled with the transformation of our house and do not have any hesitation in recommending Kevin.

Based on that experience we have, over the last three years, engaged you to undertake substantial and significant work on our property, to a value running well into hundreds of thousands of euros. This has included new construction, refurbishment, extensive garden design, and extensive electrical and plumbing works. We continue to work with you now as I write, on the installation of new driveways, electric gates and a substantial double car port.

Over the years we have been working with you, the things we have come to appreciate amongst others are:
- comprehensive and accurate quotations, with very clear explanations for any costs that cannot be nailed down up-front, and no 'haggling' over payments
- very valuable advice from you personally, particularly on design aspects and material choices, based on your extensive experience, and which have always delivered an aesthetically pleasing final result
- high quality workmanship from a professional team who clearly take pride in their work and in working for you
- good communication, even - or especially - when projects have sometimes run into inevitable problems
- a willingness to resolve issues and problems, especially with subcontracted work, even when this has involved substantial time from your side.

In summary, we have been exceptionally pleased with the overall experience of using you and your company to develop our villa - we will continue to use you in future, and we no longer bother to obtain competing quotes for work we wish you to do.

And, above all, we've become good friends, often sharing a cup of 'builder's tea' whilst discussing the latest project!

We confirm that Kevin Jones carried out the Planning and Execution of renovation works to our home located in Javea, Alicante.

The works comprised of demolition of a significant part of the property both internal and external, new drainage, new driveway, external walls and gates, new pool terrace, new internal walls, new bathrooms, new kitchen, plastering throughout, new floors, new electrics and plumbing and painting internally and externally.

From the first meeting with Kevin Jones it was clear that they were a professional company who offered a turnkey/Project Management and were able to supply a full package of services without having to go out to multiple sub-contractors with all the coordination issues that would bring. They were also able to advise on the legalities of building in Spain which could prove to be extremely problematic if the correct advice is not received. In accordance with the regulations Kevin advised us to employ an Architect whose job it would be to provide all necessary coordination with the Local Authorities including building permission submittals, technical drawings, quality and safety control on site.

Prior to receipt of a priced offer Kevin Jones showcased completed and ongoing projects so that we could see first-hand the organisation and quality of the works.

From a brief scope of work Kevin Jones were able to accurately interpret exactly what we wanted and to tailor their offer accordingly. The offer and acceptance process went smoothly and we entered into contract.

Once the offer was accepted the work commenced within 2 weeks. It was clear that Kevin Jones was experienced, able to plan and organise the works, was safety conscious and looked after the welfare of his workers.

Kevin Jones were responsible for the order and supply of all materials to the site and kept close control to ensure that the materials were on site in the correct sequence for when they were needed.

Kevin listened to what we had to say and offered advice and ideas as to how we could do things differently or better.

Kevin visited the site every day and this was evident in the tight quality control that could be seen in all areas of the work. Kevin is able to manage his workforce and to obtain discretionary effort from each one of them.

As in every project the control of subcontractors is key and Kevin demostrated his deep understanding of the construction process in planning each one of the contractors in the correct sequence to avoid disruption and delay.

Construction projects are plagued with problems but Kevin was there for us and did not shirk away from issues or shy away from his responsibilities to rectify or replace defective workmanship or materials.

We have now lived in the property for 10 months. During this period we have had minor issues and Kevin has been quick to correct without question.

Kevin is a likeable, calm and easy going individual but has the steel to get the job done and we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending his services for any similar works.
