El Portet

This property was in need of a new swimming pool and terrace due to its depleted condition. We began by removing the old pool and terrace replacing it with a new more substantial concrete and blockwork structure. We created a new infinity style swimming pool, extended the terrace, built a new utility room and a shaded Ibizan style lounge area.

Using the void space below we installed a new septic tank and pool pump storage area. We also added a reservoir to harvest the villas surface rain water to help irrigate the garden.

With the combination of high quality gres de breda tiling, natural stone walls and stainless steel balustrade we transformed this property into a little Spanish paradise.

We also installed a new solar slat pool cover, various bespoke planters made from reclaimed railway sleepers and new Kommerling woodgrain UPVC doors. We then added a block paved carport, electric gate entry system and finished off with some lighting and tropical planting.
